Setting up a group:
1. Group > Create
2. Name Group
3. Choose if the group members will match any of the criteria or all of the criteria
4. Criteria Selection
Name - Select: contains, does not contain, equals, does not equal, starts with, ends with, or exists
Tag - Select the tag from the drop down, then select: contains, does not contain, equals, does not equal, starts with, ends with, or exist; enter a value for the tag.
Security Group - Select security group from drop down
Cloud Account - Select cloud account from drop down
Region - Select region from drop down (only regions currently monitored will be available for creating a group)
LB Instances - Select LB instance from drop down
Image (AMI) - Select image from drop down
Spot Instances -
VPC Subnet - Select VPC subnet from drop down
GAE App - Select app from drop down
GAE Module - Select Module from drop down
5. If this group is a cluster, check the box to highlight if a node's performance or configuration differs from other members in the cluster.
6. Click Save Group button.
From a group page:
1. Click on the plus sign next to Subgroups
2. Follow the steps for creating a group. Only members that matched the criteria of the original group and the subgroup criteria will be included.
